w000000t! I have a tablet :) After the troubles with broken tablet (it was drawing lines even when the pen not touching the surface of the tablet, I had to change to the new one). Finally I had a moment to sit quietly and draw something. Here's Kate, in fact, she looks a million times better in real life, and she doesn't have so distorted face, haha. Beginning was hard, I could not get used to using tablet, I felt like handicapped, the cursor was in a completely different places than I thought it should be hehe. Comparing mouse and tablet is like heaven and hell. Precision of tablet is remarkable. Now time for practice - eye and hand ... :P ah I forgot to say, painting this work took me like 1.5 hour :O

One of the few illustrations which I really like. Lord and Lady Everglot is brilliant characters from the Tim Burton's movie - Corpse Bride. I spent several hours on this work. Drawn looking at 2 frames from the movie. I used mouse.

Since this work I began my journey into the world of digital painting. For the first time I drawn not so bad light and perspective, but of course they are far from perfection. But practice makes perfect, and I hope I will do progress all the time. Of course, I painted it with a mouse. It is speed painting for a competition with a limited time - 100 min.
